Within the past year those around me have started a new chapter in their life. The beautiful union between a man and a woman better known as marriage. Whether its the engagement period or the actual wedding itself, tears of joy are flowing down my eyes. I'm excited for those around me because they have found their better half and now declared unto Him, to start this new chapter together as ONE. But as for me, I haven't found that ONE, or better said "He hasn't found ME." I always think to myself that God is really working for the best of my interest. My cousin told me a saying her mother always told her and now I'm starting to really open up and listen "allow the man to fall in love with you before you fall in love with him, you as a woman can always fall in love but for a man to fall in love with you first is a undeniable love" With all this said I know marriage will happen for me down the line and I can't wait to see who this guy is but until then I will enjoy my singleness. I do have love for one guy in particular and its a love like no other. There is something about him that makes my heart flutter just to hear his voice. Just having him in my life........ I'm at lost for words. Honestly I cannot sit here and say each and everything about him but I do know that he's been a great blessing into my life. Never thought I would love another man again, but I'm allowing my heart to open up. Who knows where I'll end up but until then I'll enjoy the ride!
